Are you on any health insurance plans?

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPOs, including Blue Choice PPOs from the marketplace. (This also includes Anthem PPOs from outside of Illinois.) If you have other health insurance, I file out-of-network claims for reimbursement to you.

 

Do you treat personality disorders?

Yes, including borderline personality disorder.

 

Do you see couples for couples therapy?

Yes, upon referral.
